TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The free-to-enter promotional contest (#MothersDayWithCCD) herein after referred to as “contest” is open to all Indians except employees of Coffee Day Global Limited, 22 feet and their families.

2. The #MothersDayWithCCD promotional contest is hosted on the Café Coffee Day’s Twitter account i.e www.twitter.com/cafecoffeeday, facebook and instagram page (@CafeCoffeeDay).

3. Contest shall begin on 8th May 2017 12 pm and end on 14th May 2017 6 pm.

4. The decision and declaration of valid entry of participation will be at the sole discretion of Cafe Coffee Day only.

5. The contest will have maximum of 30 winners.

6. The winner needs to furnish correct and complete details such as name, address, contact number and email ID via Twitter DM.

7. The personal details provided is deemed to be voluntarily supplied as non-confidential which discharges all obligations of ‘Confidentiality’.

8. The Contestant shall ensure that the information provided is authentic and accurate and shall not contain any unauthorized third party information.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Step 1: Follow @CafeCoffeeDay page on Twitter and Facebook.

2. Step 2: Use the hashtag #MothersDayWithCCD to qualify as a participant.

3. Step 3: Share you best moments with mom, along with a supporting picture as per the question of the day.

4. Step 4: The best stories win!

1. Use of characters is only intended for engagement purpose and not commercial use.

2. Cafe Coffee Day is not responsible to any extent for non-delivery of the gifts due to invalid/incomplete addresses/Door Lock/ or non-availability of the participant at the address as provided by the participant. The gift hamper shall not be redelivered. The gift hamper will be dispatched in 60 days from the day of announcement of winners.

3. Each winner will be entitled for one prize each, even if he/she has submitted entries multiple times.

4. The winners shall be decided by Cafe Coffee Day on its sole discretion. Decision of Cafe Coffee Day with regard to any conflict or any other matter regarding the contest shall be final and binding on the participants.

5. Cafe Coffee Day reserves the right to change curtail/discontinue/extend the contest with-out notice. And, reduce the number of winners. Decision of Cafe Coffee Day is final in all respects and binding on all participants of the contest and no correspondence whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. All disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only. No correspondence what so ever shall be entertained on this regard.

6. The gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. The participants cannot claim cash in lieu of the gift.

7. Taxes on the gift (if any) shall be borne by the Winner.

8. The gifts will be dispatched in 60 days following the declaration of the winners.

9. Without prejudice, the Intellectual Property contained in the Materials shall vest solely with Café Coffee Day at all times.

10. The submissions of the winner may be utilized by Café Coffee Day for its promotion.

11. The Contestant shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual property rights belonging to any other person/ entity etc. and shall indemnify Cafe Coffee Day on the happening of such an event (including without limitation cost of attorney, legal charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.

12. In the event of any deficiency/defect/warranty related issues with this gift, Cafe Coffee Day shall not be held responsible and no communication in this regard will be entertained.

13. By participating in this contest every participant agrees to allow to use his/her name and/or photograph for advertising or similar promotions without demanding any compensation.

14. Cafe Coffee Day and its agencies reserve the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

15. Cafe Coffee Day may, in their absolute discretion may seek additional documents for ascertaining proof of age before awarding the winners.

16. By entering the contest all participants accept and agree to the above terms and conditions. Non-acceptance of any of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the scheme.

17. Cafe Coffee Day will not be held responsible for any discrepancies related to submitting entries in #MothersDayWithCCD contest.

DISCLAIMER/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

1. Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Cafe Coffee Day to conduct further or other such events.

2. Cafe Coffee Day accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties.

3. In no event shall Cafe Coffee Day be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Contest, its services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Cafe Coffee Day shall not be responsible for any product or service liability of any kind.

4. None of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between the contestant and Cafe Coffee Day the contestant shall have no authority to bind Cafe Coffee Day in any manner whatsoever.

5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cafe Coffee Day hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the Contest.

6. The contestant agree that Cafe Coffee Day shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Contest or from the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize awarded. This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
