Café Coffee Day- TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You purchase two Gift Certificates at any of the CAFÉ COFFEE DAY outlet and stand to win the following:
o Coffee Times Mug every week
o Holiday discount vouchers every week from Travel Guru
o A grand prize of 1 Night Cruise experience for two ( Refer- DETAILS of Travelguru mentioned as below.)

2. To participate in the contest, the participant has to purchse 2 gift certificates, SMS the bill number and outlet name as Santa Bill Number Outlet Name to 9880COFFEE i.e. 9880623333.

3. Each bill number will be counted as one entry for the contest. However an individual can send different Bill numbers of every pair of Gift Certificates Purchased from the same Telephone Number.

4. The draw will be conducted at 5pm on every Monday of the week, starting 4th December 2006 and the grand prize would be declared on the 1st January 2007 at 5pm.

5. The winners for the weekly contest are entitled to win Coffee Times Mug or holiday discount vouchers. The decision of choice between the two will not lie with the winner and will be decided by Café Coffee Day.

6. All entries must reach us before 5pm every Monday for participating in the weekly contest, and before 5pm every Monday and on or before 1st January 2007 for the monthly contest. All results will be declared over SMS from 9880COFFEE every Monday after 5pm starting 4th December 2006.

7. The contest is valid from 1st December 2006 till 31st December 2006.

8. This promotion is open to Indian residents only.

9. All winners will be contacted via phone or SMS.

10. Prizes must be claimed by sending us the mailing address through SMS at WIN NAME AND COMPLETE ADDRESS to 9880COFFEE, within 24 hrs of receiving the winning SMS, failing which we shall disqualify the winners and hence he/she won’t be entitled for the prizes.

11. Prizes will be couriered to the winner and the winner will be intimated with the details of the courier in advance.

1. The one night cruise experience includes 1 room for 2 people (double occupancy), subject to availability.
